Returns & Exchanges:

At keletics, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quiet right, we're happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be:

. Unworn

. Unwashed

. Original condition

. Tags attached

. Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

At this time, Keletics only offer exchanges for eligible items.

Limited First Drop & Sale Items

All limited First Drop pieces, sale items, promotional purchases, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect Sizes Exchanges

Need a different size? If your requested size is available, we'll gladly exchange it.

Customers are responsible for :

. Return shipping costs. 

. Shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your  order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Keletics.activewear@gmail.com with:

. Your order number

. Photo of the item

. Photo of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll review your request and make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was made by Keletics.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Keletics is not responsible for packages lost during transit.

Right to Refuse

Keletics reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
